As DJ Hoopz I have gained 15+ years of experience and knowledge Dj’ing private and social events across the valley. I started with with nothing but 2 small speakers from the pawnshop and a record player I got for Christmas. I have now grown into so much more than a DJ. I now also have more than 5+ years of experience doing photography and videography.
I hustled my way up and have been blessed to be able to work for names such as Satyr ent., AZ Women’s Alliance, GCC, Phoenix Convention Center, PSAV, Countless Artists and so much more. Now I can be found on the weekend DJ’ing at my residency located at FINE ASH CIGAR lounge located in Glendale, Arizona.

Wondering where the name came from? David Douglas is a compilation of my brother and I’s middle name. Wondering where the inspiration comes from? YOU! My love for production, audio, movies, tv, film, music, and photography comes from surviving pancreatic cancer as a child and losing my brother at a young age. After pursuing a degree in the arts I made it my life’s mission to captivate audiences using stunning audio and visuals. Along side my own works I am here to help you create yours.
